As so many head back to school and work it reminds me how incredibly grateful I am for #BeachBody and the opportunity Carl Daikeler has given so many of us Coaches. You see a year ago at this time, I was in tears everyday torn with the decision to go back to work as a teacher (after being home for 14 years). We had recently moved to Florida and were just flat out broke! The teaching salary was quite low that was offered, but at the time anything would have helped. We could barely buy groceries, utilities, or pay medical Copays. The thought of putting Levi in full time daycare and having the others in aftercare or with a sitter to take them to school and get the up and ready for school literally broke my heart. Just the thought of not being present for my kids literally was ripping a piece of my soul to the point it made me sick.. At the time, I was making about $250 a week with BeachBody. But, I just knew that it was my calling and the path I was supposed to take. So, I went with my gut turned down the teaching position so I could focus on my Coaching business while being present in my kids life... A year later, I am making 5x more a week then I was and I am still present with my kids- which wouldnt have been possible as a Teacher. Best decision ever!! Always go with your gut!!!
