As some of you know, 2 weeks ago today, Bill and I left for 3 days in the mountains of Tennessee; he on the motorcycle, me following in the car. The plan was for me to go to Tenn. and then come home, while he rode on to Illinois for his family reunion until Sunday afternoon. After that, he was going to meet a friend, (also on his motorcycle,) in Missouri and then they were to ride to South Dakota to meet up with 16 of our Church members who were doing missions work with the Indians there. At the very last minute, I decided to go on to Ilinois, and then again, also at the last minute, I decided to follow them to South Dakota. I had plans, but God had different plans for me and I am so THANKFUL for all of the things He had planned for me on this unexpected trip. I laughed, I cried, I was humbled when I saw the mission field in Pine Ridge, had my picture taken on Dolly Partons retired bus after getting to tour it, visited the Southern Gospel Museum at Dollywood, and got to see Mt. Rushmore. (one of the things on my bucket list but never expected to) and you havent lived until you spend several hours on the back of a motorcycle riding through some of the most beautiful land that God created and just take it all in. I got to see our AMAZING teens and workers serve God, each other, and numerous others on their mission, and also witnessed Gods healing hand at work on one of our dear Church members who had to be hospitalized while on the trip. Ill never know why God blesses me the way He does, but I am so grateful;
