As some of you may know, Pastor Matt is currently in the hospital. He is doing much better, but wanted everyone to know what happened. Yesterday, Pastor Matt was taken to the hospital. He experienced a paralytic episode and was not breathing well. He stabilized on the way to the hospital. Once at the hospital, they began to run tests to find the problem. They were looking at both Guillain Barre and meningitis. After being at the hospital for several hours, he had another paralytic episode and was unable to breathe and had to be put on a ventilator. After a little while, his fever went down and he stabilized again. He spent the night on the ventilator and was able to rest through the night. They took the tube out around 9am this morning. He is talking and has full function with his arms and legs. They are still running tests to determine what the cause was. We will keep the church posted with any updates. We are asking everyone to pray that the doctors would find the cause and that Pastor Matt would continue to recover. They are asking for visitors to hold off until further tests and diagnosis have been done. We will let you know how you can help.
