The Courts now have to look at his Native Indian Status and see what rights he has. Does mean he is going to get less time for his crime? This truly bites. Why would this effect the out come of events. Call me old school, but if you did the crime you do the time regardless of your heritage. A crime is a crime. Disappointed. There has to be more support for victims of major crimes. It seems that the accused gets more support. This has to stop. We thank you for your continuing support and love in this matter.
