As someone not well-traveled or as politically versed as I wish I was, I dont know much about Islam — but think I fall into the same trap as many of us that dont understand or know other cultures beyond our own. This is important to remember if you think Christianity is the only way — if you get so lost in ideology that you forget the difference between power hungry aggression vs. simply seeking something greater than yourself. Rape is about power. Sometimes people use religion to gain power. Consider listening and actually hearing the words of Reza Aslan.
