As someone on the search for a safe cob, I think its invaluable that people have taken the time to write on here, yes I know you hear good and bad about lots of dealers, but you wont hear the bad from a dealer. I just think its disgusting to sell a horse to a nervous or beginner ride what ever the cost if its not what they have asked for because we have to be able to trust them, I currently have an amazing safe old man and he goes back in October. I am heartbroken knowing I am going to lose him and I am looking for a replacement, having brought a horse who was supposedly suitable for me and my daughter to share in the past that proved anything but. ( the only sharing was my bank and my daughter riding)who was completely wrong for me and I am scared of getting it wrong. Hence looking for a loan before buying, but they are not out there so I am having to think of buying straight away and I would have gone to somewhere like safe cobs because thats what they say they have. Then probably ended up with giving up due to losing my confidence completely. So I guess what I am saying is thank you, thank you for taking the time and for standing up so that people like me have all views and hopefully a fair chance. The horse that comes to me will have an amazing easy and spoilt life, I just have to find the right one .
