As stated many times, this site is not an EASY FIX to doctors questions who seek and instant answer to their question in the absence of trying to make the personal effort of finding out for themselves. SO....IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION: FIRST, formulate it and identify key words. SECOND, search the literature for an answer to your question. THIRD, find out if that answer is suitable to YOUR patient/issue FOURTH, learn from that process FIFTH, share the information and your newly acquired knowledge with colleagues on this site. This is how we all gain maximum knowledge and retain useful learning. This is the essence of REFLECTIVE LEARNING and PRACTICE.
