As teachers under the two anchor operators are getting their pay increment and adjustment, there are many teachers who are currently employed by private centers and are undergoing their diploma courses; performing the role of form teachers and not paid the pay of a qualified diploma-trained teacher; and not promised the market rate after they graduate from the diploma course. Should ESU play a active role in protecting these teachers who are bound by the contract that they sign without proper advise?
