As the Japanese banks want every freedom of doing business within India which our govt. is supporting and these banks will surely mint monies from the Indian soil, Japanese lobby on the contrary does not allow Indian Banks to work freely in Japan and there is no support from the JBA (Japan Bankers Association) either. It is a question sitting unresolved for decades. The Indian banks are not even allowed to promote their activities freely in Japan which restricts them to survive on Indian Customers only. The simple fact is that the offering by our Indian banks are so superior that the Japanese banks will simply look naive in front of the Indians banks.
