As the President and the Founder of GLOBAL MISSION AFRICA, EMBU COUNTY OF KENYA, Following the dilemma and fear of terror that is now hoovering across our region and all the nation, I have decided to organize a ONE MONTH YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM at Embu -Kenya to engage the Youth and the members of public in PEACE BUILDING AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION AS WE CONTINUE WITH OUR DAILY ENTREPRENEURIAL PROGRAM. On December 28th, 2014, GMA shall launch the program at the Anglican Church of Kenya , St Johns Church Karaba - Mbeere South where we are targeting over 500 Youth of 18-35 to attend. On January 1st 2015, GMA is planning to roll down Sports Activities for the Youth teams, and Training Workshops on Peace Building and Management of Conflict and Crime. We have a Budget of $ USD 2000 for this activity which is equivalent of 2.0Million Korean Won and Ksh 200,000Kenya Shillings which shall be used to fuel the facilitators Vehicles ,Hiring of the halls, Feeding program,Technical equipments for Trainings and Water. We have 7 Volunteers working for GMA Programs and we have a Board of Directors who oversee all Departmental Committees. I am therefore making appeal to all individuals, Organizations and Donor Communities to join hands with us and Support us in realizing this Budget which is realistic but not easy for GMA to meet between now and January 1st 2015.
