As the dawn comes over our home, overcast and and cloudy, and, the Boers Clan with wee Boerskins included, get ready to head out with four BHRR Canines in tow to Kanata Animal Hospital, there is so much in thanks plus deepest appreciation that must be extended to SO many! We shall be a mighty community of 40 Volunteers coming together, with the common love of animals and, the goal of ensuring that all of our visitors today have a most wonderful time, that we work to make this day our most successful year ever AND, have many laughs, great conversations plus yes, most likely a tear or two! Without ALL that have shared our poster, and event, without ALL that offered to bake goodies for dogs and humans alike, without ALL that are giving up a precious Sunday to lend a hand, without ALL that donated items from BBQ to a silent auction item or a table, chairs, tent or ice, without ALL that are planning on coming out be it for a microchip nail trim, BBQ, to have their face painted, or to enjoy some Timmies coffee/timbits, have their photo taken, obtain a doggie tat, buy a baked goodie etc., without ALL that are coming today, come rain(yup, some is expected and we are armed, ready and prepared!) or shine, this day would not even be possible. Without ALL of you, the animals of BHRR would not be feeling so amazingly blessed and be it $5 or $50 or $500 that is raised today, I know that we have already had a GREAT day, for the warmth that has been felt already,is making my heart burst with such thanks plus appreciation! Without ALL of you, BHRR would not be what it is today and, THANK you! Lets make this day ROCK!
