As the days shorten and the temperatures lower, its time we face the truth: Autumn is among us. I for one get super pumped for Fall. From hoodies to pumpkin flavored everything, its my personal favorite. I do, however, know that not many share my sentiments. The fight against sweater weather is often meet with the opposition of staying in, wrapping up in motif afghans, and huddling around the radiators waiting for the roller coaster of winter to take its plunge. Let us not fall to reservation! Seize the hours of light we have. Carpe lux lucis!!! (Thats probably not right, just go with it for a moment, Im trying to be inspirational...) And as the sun starts to wane join us at Oasis, where we continue to seize the light and look at what it mean to live in the light. ...everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light. (Ephesians 5:13-14) We are on as usual with dinner at 5:30 and worship at 6. Hope to see you there!
