As the season draws to a close, CNC have a number of current committee members, who will not be returning next season. Without volunteers our club can not function and continue to grow. Please consider one of our committee roles: CNC AGM: 15th October 2014, 7pm at ASCRA Clubrooms, HBF Arena CNC (Inc) is now seeking interested people to fill the positions on the committee for a term of one year. We would like to encourage a diverse range of people to apply so that we can ensure a range of skills and experience on the committee running our club. At the AGM all currentcommittee members will step down and all positions will be declared vacant. We have current committee members who will not be returning next season. Whilst current committee are able to once again nominate for a position, wewould strongly like to encourage other people to also come forward, so please consider doing so. Positions: • President: Chair meetings/face of the club/ Web Coordinator • Vice President: Assist the President when required/Coaches Liaison • Secretary: Take minutes and other minor roles • Treasurer: Banking, pay club bills, basic accounting • Registrar: Registration of teams and players • Umpire coordinator: Liaise with umpires and draw up roster for games • Equipment Officer: sourcing and purchasing of equipment ensuring all teams have stock when needed. Must be able to store all equipment at home. • Uniforms: Sourcing and purchasing of uniforms. Must be able to store club merchandise/ Uniforms at home. • Functions Coordinator / Fundraising: Organising any fundraisers • Development Officer: Ensuring players are up to date with the latest coaching matters; Organise specialist coaches to run development sessions with athletes • Grant and Sponsorship Coordinator • JNA Delegate – must attend all JNA meetings and represent CNC • Net Set Go Coordinator Without volunteers CNC (INC) cannot function, many hands make light work.
