They came to install water meters which is the first phase of the imposition of an unjust and unnecassary water tax but what they didnt expect to find was a solid and determined spirit of opposition which successfully caused billionaire Denis O Briens installation crew to pack up and leave without installing one single meter. They will be back and so too will the protests.
