As the sun sets slowly and the red ink dries on my last exam papers i walk through the golden arch of AUC for the last time with no regrets full of joy and happy memories..... Knowing my life was enriched by all the people i got to meet and know in Cairo and AUC …….i will miss hearing the call for prepare, the street food of Egypt, and the good company and food of Tabula down town, D- light sheesha in Maddi, MGM grand mall ☺, Saudi market in Maddi and 3ashor who made it joyful trip every time, Koshk farghaly and all who worked at it 24-7 for the last five years, 3am Yousif, Fahmy and Ramadan and all the bawabeens I got to meet and chat with daily at 4:30 am for five yeas. I will miss ahmed Ibraheem, Ali and Ghareeb @AUC and all our discussions and coffee ………I will miss the Metro to down town and the Zahra stop on Thursday back to maddi …… I will miss the compulsory tips…and road nine……. I will miss the Cairo cab and all its stories and politics …... I will miss my weekend trips to Sudan …… Egypt has given me more than it has ever taken away ……. And with this the Egypt chapter of my life story comes to an End .
