As the year is winding down, I had some promises to keep, promises to get better each cake, and for once have crack that RAZOR SHARP edge on fondant cake, so sharp that it could almost cut your finger :P The Chevron on the double barrel tall bottom tier is handcut and it took 7 hours of intensive labour, so that each of those are perfect and align 100% perfect. This is probably one of the most challenging cakes I have done , crazy because either an architect or a cake decorator, OR a mason would understand why I love Geometric cakes, and I am so glad I got to do the design- which is essentially the design of the Invite on the card.
