As things calm down, people are trying to vet and validate those who are trying to help. Im happy to share who I am and what I do. Im from Yreka (now Gazelle), I work for Yreka CHP and I run two service organizations. Locally I run KISS- Kids in Siskiyou Serving and nationally I run Labor of Love USA. These two groups were already planned to work together October 2-4 in Yreka. We have shifted gears to help the victims of the fires and relieve the exhausted volunteers. Feel free to see what we do at lolusa.net As a local resident, I am happy to help coordinate volunteers, connect victims with givers and to support all of our local run donation centers. Both service organizations are self funded and incorporate people of all faiths, ages and circumstances. It is a marvelous work.
