As this outbreak doesnt seem to be being controlled or taken as seriously here in the states, here are my thoughts: 1. Get Ebola treatment out of private hospitals, period. 2. Utilize a military or private hangar that can be converted to a national epicenter for Ebola treatment and containment. 3. Fly all new cases to this facility in containment aircraft or vehicles. 4. Set up mobile units/ICUs/dialysis units dedicated to the most stringent isolation protocols. Have dedicated monitors, decontamination bays and holding areas. 5. Hire the best and brightest willing to sign well compensated, 3 month hazard duty contracts. Ebola patient treatment for 2 months followed by quarantine on site for another month prior to being released. Give them intensive training and the best equipment, room, board, meals, internet for communicating with family. Infected nurses flying on commercial aircraft and a NBC physician breaking voluntary quarantine are evidence the current plan isnt working. Can anyone with media connections send this along?
