As this year is drawing closer to the end, I was thinking tonight about next years goals (which I have some pretty exciting ones!) But it also made me think about the goals I set at the beginning of this year... The main one, my affirmation and mantra this year has been I am fearless. Seems kinda silly when I see it written down, but I know its power since I frequently let that Boogieman called Fear keep me from reaching for that far fetched dream...you know, that dream that Im not good enough/smart enough/_____ enough for. But this year, not always knowing how I was going to do it or get there, I just kept my head down, focused on what was right in front of me and paid no attention to the haunting fear. Big dreams require big risks...and big risks are wrought with big fears. But theres only one way to the other side...walking straight through it.
