As those of you Im truly close to know, Im in grad school studying Military Psychology. With that being said, I am designing a research study for my capstone project. This study will focus on those who have retired from service, those who are pending retirement within your next 5 years, and those that plan to retire from the military. I am in the process of designing a questionnaire to send out to those I know that fit the above category. What Im asking from the rest of you is to forward it on to people you think may fit this study. It will benefit the military community. The study is on concerns you have about separation, and for those that already retired, how did you face those concerns/challenges. I have tagged some of you that I think may fit this category, please let me know if you would be willing to participate. The link to the survey will be sent out shortly, again please pass far and wide so I can get an accurate depiction as to the concerns Service Members have when it comes to separating from service. Please help me in my quest to help you and all of us in the service who plan to retire someday. Note, all branches of service are welcome to participate as are all ranks.
