As through the journey of life continues it often has thrown alot of shit at me the past few years of serenity..a good example is that as of yesterday the company i work for handed all drivers and stockers a raise having the oddessity to smile and shake our hand and congratulatie us.to us a raise means to increase our income suddenly we realize that with it we get less stocking incentive.this lowers our income tremendously for me I loose about up to 10k a year.some raise huh.what troubles me is that a company would feel so happy in doing this and smile and put a hand out for a hand shake.sometimes people amazes me especially when for several months we have all been told that things are getting ready to get better and all gonna make good money.i can not see how any of this is Just.some of us never had a single write up and others that have has truely worked thier buttocks off for this company.we are told that within the company nationwide that anyone that isnt in office that is out in the field also has a similar pay scale.its quite insane to me that a company can smile and reach for a hand shake as if they are really doing something for us by saying hey Im giving you a raise.i pray God deals with this in time as everyone reaps what they sow in the name of Jesus I pray amen.goodnight and before I forget to mention this song helps me make it through times like this.
