As tradition with my family, we always stay up to watch midnight Christmas Mass from St. Patricks Cathedral on TV. My Moms parents took my Mom to St. Patricks for Mass when she grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. When my grandfather and grandmother passed away before I was born, we decided to watch the Mass every year in their memory. One of my goals on my bucket list is to attend Christmas Mass at St. Patricks with my future girlfriend/ wife and children someday. It will be cool to continue on the tradition. Plus, Im a huge fan of Cardinal Dolan. I havent been to church in years, but when I start my family, Ill go back. :)
