As usual, Jose Mourinho provided some of the best moments from last nights Liverpool-Chelsea tie. After applauding Liverpools Steven Gerrard off as he was substituted during the 1-1 draw at Anfield, Mourinho said that he wanted to try and sign the midfielder on loan when he leaves for America in the summer. I think he has more than enough quality to play in the Premier League. In spite of the fact hes my opponent, I feel sorry that hes leaving, said the Chelsea manager. When asked if he would try to persuade Gerrard to stay, Mourinho told BBC 5 live: Or to get him on loan.
