As usual, the Communist Rag Daily KOS is wrong and deceptive. Medicaid is a program JOINTLY FUNDED by the Federal Government and each STATE GOVERNMENT. While the Socialist Obama administration tred to BLACKM AIL the States with its OBAMACARE RULES, the Supreme Court held that the Federal Government was WRONG in the United States Supreme Court ruled in National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius that states do not have to agree to this expansion in order to continue to receive previously established levels of Medicaid funding, and many states have chosen to continue with pre-ACA funding levels and eligibility standards. To participate in the STATE MANAGED Medicaid program, one eligibility criteria for a family of four, you cannot exceed 133% of the poverty threshold or $ 31,500/year. The PARTICIPATING STATES MANAGE Medicaid and if there is any efficieny, it is because of State management, not the Federal Goverment.
