As voted by the readers of DRUM! Magazine and DRUMmagazine, Ive been recognized as the Metal Drummer of the Year for 2014. Its truly an honor to know that my playing has been recognized and celebrated by Drum! and their readers. Its not often that I take much time to reflect on my achievements. I prefer to keep looking forward, but this is an exception. When I received the award I couldnt hold back a smile knowing that my playing had made it to so many appreciative ears. Im humbled. Thank you all very much!
