As we all prepare to bring in what is casually referred to as a HAPPY NEW YEAR, I have been struggling in my heart, trying to find the perfect words to say it, as several of you here at Kurts Cause have lost a family member this year, if not more than one, and many of you have lost friends this year. So searching for the right words to pep you all up for the New Year ahead has been extremely difficult. Difficult that is, until recently when we received a special 4 page Christmas letter from the Beyvl family. Johnny and Diana lost their son Alan Bejvl, and John and Lisa lost their brother. They also lost Alans fiance Delaney Webb. Im sure that the Bejvl family wont mind if I share a few of her special words with you. We hope Als legacy will be to teach us all to enjoy every moment to its fullest as he did. Live your life with no regrets and enjoy your family and close friends while theyre here with you. Dont let another day pass with a petty squabble or missed chance to say I love you. Value what you can. Who you can. When you can. While you can. Make sure to hug those you love today. The Bejvls also enclosed a little card with Alan and Delaneys picture on it that read Thru this season, and ALWAYS, let us REMEMBER what is truly important: LOVE They then ask this Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal. . In their honor, we ask that you make wonderful memories each and every day. So, this is MY New Year wish for you! May YOUR New Year be filled with LOVE and PEACE. May you all rekindle a relationship that is currently tarnished. May you each find it in your hearts to BE THERE when somebody needs you, especially those less fortunate. And for those of you who have hurting, aching hearts right now, may 2015 find a way to help begin heal them if only in a small way. I truly treasure each and every person here at Kurts Cause, and those that I have had interaction with this past year, as well as those that I was blessed to meet for the first time. I thank you all for being here and for being a valuable part of Kurts Cause. YOU ALL BLESSED ME IN 2014. TOGETHER WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE.
