As we approach the new week ahead I want to leave you guys with some thoughts in the air - 10 Facts about my mixtape iLLustration #5 I had made a rough demo to hand out to a producer who was well known by a good friend of mine to get my mixtape professionally mixed and recorded. The guy never even gave it a chance, he was too busy for it & snubbed it. I was very disappointed not only at the fact that my hard worked music had not even been listened to, but the fact that I wasnt able to give you guys a professional sound. So I did everything on my own with my crew. No edits, no pro shit just me in my basement. Moral of the story is, if I quit that day because some semi known flop around the area didnt dig my shit, who wouldve been the real loser? It wouldve been me.. Apply this example to your vision & your dream because we know how hard it can be. A tune that backs up what im saying & here are some lyrics that describe what were going through fighting for our dreams.. Now we can end the story right here But shorty didnt quit it was something in the air He said it was somethin so appealing He couldnt fight the feelin Somethin about it He knew he couldnt doubt it Couldnt understand it You guys showed so much love on my 5 track releases so far & now ive got a brother whose gonna make the quality of the music sound better on iLLustration when its officially out.
