As we are fast approaching Thursday when most of us will sit down to a grand meal surrounded by family and friends. Lets not forget those less fortunate than us. Some are far from home away from family. Some are overseas serving our country in uniform. Others are simply alone, forgotten not only by family but are friendless. Many will not have a dinner. Their pantries are bare if they even have a home. There will be hunger on this day of thanks. Children and the elderly will be the hardest hit with empty stomachs wishing they had but a small portion of what we put on our plates. Tomorrow as we sit to eat there will be no prayer giving thanks for what we have before us. But in my thoughts I will have those whom do not have what I will have before me. And if you find yourself with no where to go tomorrow and live close to me, know you are welcome to join my family and friends for this meal. Call me or post to this message. If you have no ride we will come and pick you up. If you are unable to get out, Ill bring you a plate. Well wishes to all!....Darin
