As we are getting older & my lovely wife , Esther Marie , will be retiring in less than two years , we are going to be down-sizing & will begin a search to purchase a smaller residence to suit our needs . We will take our time in doing so as we feel our new home will be our last in this life & we want it as close to our needs & comfort in the sunset of our lives as we can get . We prefer to live in the Five Points area & will begin our search in the Darwin Downs neighborhood as it is of my roots & I know where every tree stands & every rock lays ...... and many of my family & friends either are from there or live there today . Later today as my wife is working , I will take a first preemptive look-over at a house on Van Buren Dr. ........... and we will see what the near future holds for me and my baby ........ and Sammy , our chihuahua .
