As we begin a New Year . . . Here at Big Dog Ranch Rescue, our most heartfelt wish and resolution for the upcoming new year is to save even more lives. We want to give the gift of life to even more homeless dogs who so desperately need our help. Who so desperately need your help. We’d love for the Ranch to be a part of your New Year’s Resolution for 2015. Work together with us. Help us. Volunteer, Foster, Donate, Educate . . . help us to spread the word about rescue and adoption. Make a difference. We’d like to share with you the faces of two precious souls Big Dog Ranch rescued on Christmas Eve. As is our tradition, Lauree Simmons, the President of BDRR, saves additional lives on Christmas Eve. It’s our way of celebrating the season of giving. Or, in our case, of saving. These two amazing dogs, Nicholas and Dolly were on their last hours. If Big Dog Ranch Rescue had not committed to saving their lives, these two beautiful dogs would no longer be alive. Because of us, these dogs now have an amazing life ahead of them and they will go on to find their forever home with a family who will love and cherish them. Come and be a part of these forever home journeys with us. New Year’s resolutions can be tricky. Really tough to stick to a new diet or exercise plan no matter how well the intentions might be. By including Big Dog Ranch Rescue in your commitment to make a difference in 2015, to help give the gift of life to a dog or puppy in need, we’ll do all the hard work. We’ll do whatever it takes to bring a dog to safety. We’ll stay up all night with the new moms to be sure she and all her babies are healthy and loved. Our volunteers will work countless hours at events to showcase our dogs. Our fosters will bring our dogs into their homes to help them learn appropriate indoor manners. How can you help? Please consider becoming a Monthly Donor to Big Dog Ranch Rescue in 2015. Dog rescue expenses are never-ending. Whatever level you choose, lives will be saved! Here’s just a sampling of some of our typical monthly expenses: $25 feeds one dog for a month $50 covers monthly medication for one of our special needs dogs $100 covers basic medical for one dog (spay/neuter and vaccines) $500 covers cost of heartworm treatment for one dog At whatever level you choose to donate, we promise to be excellent stewards of your resources.
