As we enter the holiday season, what should be a happy time for everyone is a very sad time for some. Though there are many reasons why holidays might be hard, for many of us its because we have no one to share our holidays with, no friends, no family. The worst of all is because youve lost the people who were most important to you. Even if you can handle it the rest of the year, the memories of holidays past bring back all of the pain. If you know someone in this position, please reach out to them. If you are in this position, try to find someone who can help you get through it.
