As we face the floods and evacuations in our village we cannot help but feel deep gratitude to the many who have stepped up to show their love and caring ... we are also grateful for all of you who are offering prayer as they are powerful and much needed as Mother Nature takes care of her business, we need to remember that she will do what she needs to and we need to ask her to continue to be gentle on us as she does what she needs to be doing right now ... as she does her cleansing she brings us a message and a reminder of her power n strength and her continued ability to shake our world ... we need to remember her as we go about our business as a Tribe and find our gratitude that she continues to take care of our relatives on the mountains and in the waters and we remember our continued need and dependency on all thing that move and breath and we stand in awe and humility in her presence as our ancestors have done many many times before us .. uushyakshitlaa?iscuu ..
