As we get closer, everyday, to a completed brewery, I thought Id take this time to give yall a few details about our upcoming plans. The Brewery: Mudbug Brewery is a 7,000 square-foot facility, 5,500 brewhouse and 1,500 office/tasting room. The system is a 4 barrel Psycho Brew system. Fermenter capacity is about 64bbls at a time. All beer will be kegged (initially) in 1/6bbl kegs. The Beers: We will produce as many styles as humanly possible. Production will begin with 4 flagships: King Cake Ale Cafe Au Lait Coffee Milk Stout Pelican Pilsner Intracoastal IPA Each month we will produce a different seasonal beer. Thats 16 different beers (13 different styles) MINIMUM in a given year. Expect even more variety with cask conditioned variations of each beer (possibly weekly in the tasting room).
