As we leave the Clackamas Yard, we make a turn to the right and come into the Milwaukie Yard. It is small, but is very much needed as an overflow and staging area for the Clackamas Yard. Milwaukie also has some businesses that are railroad served, so it all ties in real well. This is still an unfinished area, as I will explain in the photos below. Also, you may notice in some of these photos that we use the Car Card system for when we operate, which also works out very well.
