As we near the end of Peter Jacksons 6 Tolkien film journey I think back on the incredible world that he has brought to life. Not only the world of Middle-earth which he has brought to our silver screens, but the amazing world of Ringers. Tolkien fans across the globe that once 14 years ago perhaps thought they were alone, or few. These films rekindled a flame in the fandom that once ruled them all and brought together RIngers far and near. I wish I could have been to many of the line parties or premieres across the world, but it is warming to me just knowing that they are there. And Id like to give a shout out to the folks at https://facebook/TheOneRingnet?fref=ts for they truly bring us and keep us together in the less exciting times for us Ringers. Thank you OneRing and Thank you Peter Jackson and Crew for all that you do for this fandom community!
