As we prepare for a demonstration on Friday we train as always to perfect what has been taught. Kent had the students work on weak points and encouraged all to practice as much if not all sets that have been transmitted. Kentaro spent good time practicing Eye Brow Height Staff that he was taught in 2013. Javier Fire Swept Staff, Lajhae Shaolin Staff, Corey practiced one half of Staff vs Staff and the 2 men Louhan sparring set. Kent worked the students on their most recent discipline teaching a few lines to all present. Corey took a group practicing Drunken Boxing as Kent made corrections. Tonights training was directed at finishing sets that have been transmitted over the summer.Kentaro Monkey Saber, Javier Fire Swept Staff, Jaeden Eye Brow Height Staff, Lajhae Shaolin Staff. Kent had requested that the students make good their attendance as he has work to complete with every student at the academy. For various reasons these are the students that braved the rainy conditions and benefited from direct instruction tonight. Kent has called a special session for Thursday at 6pm. We implore all to attend as we would like to take our strongest group to the Demo! Like We say practice and new material will be taught with corrections and application.
