As we say everyday, you dont need to go to a gym to get a workout. Here are a couple off exercises than you can do to work the core with a couple of stools any two things that are of equal and acceptable height. 1st: hold this stationary position with your knees up. Try to open up your chest and pull shoulders back to engage all of the core muscles including the lower and Latissumus dorsi. 2nd: bring knees up, keep movements slow and controlled, exhale during upward motion, and keep chest open. Oh, and a few bonus dips at the end.
