As what I have observed a lot of members here are from Luzon, a few from Visayas and Mindanao. Since the World Pull-up day is fast approaching, Me and Richard really needs your lending hand in pursuing this first kind of event here in the Philippines. Were planning to make it in 3 different Areas, in Manila particularly in Quezon City (As Ive seen the workout place you guys got), Cebu where still finding a place here probably a portable Bar would do, Zamboanga/ Davao (depends on Clayton). These event is somewhat called Pull-up for a cause, where we invite everyone in the public places to do some pull-ups get their names and if they can donate something small that would be great, after the closing period of the WPD, the accumulated pull-ups will be counted (me and Richard are planning to get 5,000 pull-ups) and submitted to the Donators (e.g. Fitness first, NO supplements, PLDT, or etc) in exchange of Financial Support to our beneficiary GK (Gawad Kalinga), these funds will be used to build houses for the needy as what me and richard planned. We are planning to make a deal with our donators, that every 1 pull-up we get is equivalent to 5 Pesos (PHP), so if we can gather 5,000 Pull-ups, we could get 20,000 Pesos (PHP) for our beneficiary GK. Any type of Suggestions and Ideas will be entertained, feel free to comment. WE NEED YOUR COOPERATION AND SUPPORT, Lets make this happen!
