Perform these for 50 seconds on down Push-up Squat Shoulder Press Wall Sit 50sec 0 0 0 40sec 50sec 0 0 30sec 40sec 50sec 0 20sec 30sec 40sec 50sec 10sec 20sec 30sec 40sec Cool down is a great time to stretch. After your heart rate comes down, begin stretching all of your major muscle groups (esp the ones your particular exercise program covered). **come up with your OWN workout using this same outline! ENJOY!
