As you all know I was severely injured this past March at work. I was out for a good while, but Im back at work on light duty trying to suck it up and help my company since Im the ONLY painter they have ever had. Workers Comp is giving me shit as they do everybody so Ive had to hire an attorney! The former owner and CEO of SMB MACHINERY in Ball Ground, Ga comes up to me today and tells me, if you know whats good for you, you will squash all this lawyer shit....right now, his words! He made me so Damn mad my eyes were about to bleed! Tells me I will go to jail for insurance fraud if I dont let it go and forget it ever happened! Im still too hurt to work, but I drag my ass in there every day to keep my job and try and help them out! Im at a loss for words folks! Help me out here, Id just like to hear some thoughts on this!
