As you all know am a fanatical Liverpool supporter and I didn’t want to comment on the Luis Suarez pantomime that is going on at the moment, I really do like him for his football skills ability and for what he brings to my beloved Liverpool team. But after reading his appeal statement and what a statement it is I just had to write this. His says he lost his balance and fell teeth first into Italian defender is this a joke, which rocket scientist dreamed this one up, this was not from a Uruguayan spin doctor but from Luis himself, did Luis get this one from the joke book of excuses. It looks like he is showing a complete lack of remorse and I think he believes he did no wrong, perhaps Luis believes he did have an accident. But he didn’t fall teeth-first on the PSV player or for that matter the Chelsea player before the latest incident. Luis has been advised poorly by a Uruguay set-up who are obsessed by a supposed conspiracy among the English press to destroy their star striker. The saddest thing about this whole affair is the impact it has on Liverpool FC this would have been far from his mind and also from the minds of the FIFA disciplinary panel members when dishing out the sanctions. So Uruguay make what is likely to be a frivolous appeal – leading to the possibility of an increased ban, the Reds can now only look on helpless while pondering what to do next? Luis Suarez is the only person to blame for this mess. No excuses very sorry to say this but SELL HIM ENOUGH IS ENOUGH YNWA
