As you all know yesterday we had my mom’s memorial…..today first thing we went to her apartment to start cleaning it out…..as I walked through the door of the building it almost took my breath away….when I got on the elevator I felt sick….I knew that I was going to walk in my mom’s apartment and she wasn’t going to be there to say “Well hey there….what are you up to”? I knew I’m never going to hear my mom’s voice again….or be able to hug her….or kiss her….or look her in the eye and tell her I love her…..what I was fixin’ to have to do made me sick….but I knew it had to be done…I had people with me that love me and also loved/loves mom dearly….we have got 90% of it cleared out….we are going first thing in the morning to finish it…..I want to thank my wonderful (but crazy ha!) sister Betty....for supporting me in everything and loving me Unconditionally....I KNOW I can always count on her to be in my corner!!!....I want to thank my AWESOME daughter Traci....I know if I need anything she is only a call away....I am so proud of that girl and the heart she has....I love you Traci to the moon and back!!!.....I want to thank my very handsome grandsons Austin & Joseph....you worked so hard to get ALL the furniture out today so I wouldnt have to worry about any of the heavy stuff.....both of you are The Best ( even though you took our minds off of why we were there for just a few minutes... boys will be boys....ha!) I want to thank Willie....man you were right there...till it was all done and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.....I want to thank Virgil aka Buster....man thank you so much for the boxes and hand truck and ALL your help!!!....without all of you I dont know what I would have done...you all made my day so much easier physically but most of all emotionally......I love you all!!!
