As you are probably aware, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria have awarded me its Fellowship which is the Institute’s highest grade of membership. They said this was in recognition of my distinguished service to the profession, the Institute and the larger society. They recognized the work I have done for close to three decades now in human resources development. Five of us in Nigeria were so honoured this year.
