As you can see from the video, Im coming as far down on the leg press as the machine will allow. Im pushing 295lbs in this video. Remember to push through your heels and do not let your knees track in. Push your back flat against the bench. On a SN: I am a certified personal trainer. I by far dont claim to be an expert in every exercise; however, Im keenly aware of good form. I posted the deadlift video earlier to 1) show my PR 2)compare to future videos as my form improves. Most people do videos to be able to critique their form since its impossible to see every angle from a mirror when you are performing an exercise. I have great deadlift form with lower weights but everybody starts somewhere as they increase weight. Let me clarify that I dont mind constructive criticism however I cant have a million comments with everyone saying something totally different than the next person. That will confuse my followers that are trying to learn. Dont get offended if I delete your comment but Im protecting the integrity of my page by keeping the information consistent. There are some much respected peeps in this industry that I value their insight. That doesnt mean that I feel what you comment is right or wrong. Its that I dont know you and as any professional and good business person knows...reputation is everything. Now...there are times that I delete comments that start off with Im not trying to be a hater.... Sorry homie but yea...if you have to start it off that way then you are hating.
