As you know, Airsoft requires a good level of fitness and physical endurance. How far do you go to achieve the upper hand on speed, heavy lifting (Load bearing equipment and rifle) and overall lasting longer in the game? Ive been running quite a lot recently, and Ive definitely seen the positive effects it can bring. I stick to cross country, which tends to help due to the majority of sites being away from concrete flooring, and towards mud, dirt tracks and hills. If I have any advice for any Airsofters who want to lead the pack or push further behind enemy lines, go running or cycling once a week. Obviously it will take a while to get accustomed to it, but once youre there youll see you can get further, wear more kit and generally not feel as bad at the end of the day. Geardo.
