As you know, I am not fond of being in pictures. I also dont normally gush when meeting actors. (Not saying I gushed, though I was thrilled) BUT, I simply wouldnt have forgiven myself if I hadnt taken the time to say hello to an actor Ive admired since I was a kid, the very talented Mr Brad Dourif. I remember being impressed with him in his role as Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, and being floored with his performance as the Gemini Killer in The Exorcist III. When he showed up in a couple of episodes of The X-Files, I was giddy. Hes been in tons of other films, including the voice of Chucky, and as Grima Wormtongue in LOTR, and Ive enjoyed every role hes been in. When I spoke with him briefly just before this photo was taken, he seemed like a very patient, and generous guy. Glad to have met a childhood hero!
