As you know, when you study the Word of God you find things as an epiphany. I found that love is mere pursuit of God. By loving other you are merely pursuing Gods work. Today I left my house to quickly go to the coroner store. When I arrived the people who worked there knew me, because everyday I am there, for one thing or another. So it didnt strike me oddly that they asked me if I could help and elderly man who had locked his keys in his truck at the pump. Without hesitation I agreed to help. The man then proceed to show me his truck and ole F-150 early 90s model. So for me not a challenge, but the fact I didnt have my tools with me. Now there was another older man two pumps down that had and ole Chevy truck. Now both are black men and no this is not racially profiling, but rather knowing your people. Now I had told the old man that I would run back to my house to get the tool I needed to unlock his truck. I could see in him eyes he was cold and tired and just needed to be on his way. He showed me great thankfulness, but I could tell he didnt want to wait. So quickly I went to the other man who had been watching me in amazement as to what it was I was doing. Quickly he understood my intentions. He reached in the back of his truck and handed me a metal wire. Both of us knowing the others intent without a word said but thank you. I walked back to the ole F-150 and popped the lock in mere seconds. The man was so great ful he hugged me and shook my hand. As I walked back to the other man to return his wire, he said thank you...Now he didnt mean thank you for returning his wire, but thank you for showing compassion towards someone else. I tell you this opened my eyes, that love shown to others is also being observed. Love literally has no bounds. For this I am thankful to God for showing me this and I will continue in love.
