As you may be aware PREDA is a charity based in the Philippines which works to free children from lives of poverty and exploitation. To celebrate International Human Rights Day on December 10th PREDA Ireland, Carambola Kidz – Healthy School Lunches Delivered - and IMS Marketing are launching an exciting photography competition celebrating the fundamental right that is “Freedom”. The competition is open to both primary and secondary school students. To enter this unique competition, all you have to do is to take a photo of what freedom means to you on December the 10th. Your image can be simple, fun, creative, or thought provoking. It’s up to you! Then simply email your image to us at by midnight on the 12th of December. Four winning entries will be chosen by a panel of judges from PREDA Ireland, Carambola Kidz and IMS. The four lucky winners will receive a visit to their school from one of the following inspirational personalities: Carambola Kidz’ Mission Ambassador & former world champion boxer, Bernard Dunne Triple marathon winner - Catherina McKiernan Damien Dempsey or Sharon Shannon – Two of Ireland’s finest musicians If you could help us publicise the competition by forwarding the email onto three of your contacts via Facebook, Twitter, email or by old fashioned word of mouth it would be appreciated.
