As you may have seen Im on a 9 day detox and heres my story so far. The first day was beyond awful, worst headache of my life and tiredness was unreal. Slept for 10 hours, which I never do. The next day was much better but I found that the Aloe Vera was very hard to take especially the last one in the evening. Day 3 I could have meal but again I am so tired. Ive realised just how much I use a cuppa to keep me going. The worst is over now I think and I am not hungry but the results better be brilliant!
