As you may know for a European Citizens’ Initiative to be successful, it needs to reach 1,000,000 signatures overall and a minimum amount of signatures (“quorum”) in at least seven EU member states. The one against TTIP and CETA has been rejected by the EU commission but is run as a self-organised European Citizens’ Initiative. The chance is high that we will reach the 1 million signatures in the next few days. And 5 countries already reached there quorum. If you look at the country statistics here: https://stop-ttip.org/signatures-member-states/ You see that in the Netherlands we have already reach 84% of the required signatures and by this would be the most likely next candidate to meet the threshold.
